The company Lang ID appreciates your visit to our website and your interest in our company and our products. We take the protection of your private data seriously and want you to feel comfortable when visiting our website.

The protection of your privacy when processing personal data is an important concern for us, which we take into account in our business processes. We process personal data collected when you visit our website in accordance with the data protection laws of the country in which the data controller is located. Our data protection policy is also governed by the Code of Conduct applicable to Lang ID. Lang ID websites may contain links to websites of other providers to which this data protection declaration does not extend.

Usage data/server log files

Each time our website is accessed, our systems automatically record data and information from the computer system of the accessing computer.

The following types of data are collected: Browser type, version used, user's operating system, Internet service provider, user's IP address, date and time of access, websites from which the user's system has accessed our website or to which the user has accessed from our website.

The legal basis for the temporary storage of the data and of the log files is Art.6 para.1 lit. f DSGVO with the legitimate interest to provide you with a functional website.

The temporary storage of the IP address by the system is necessary to enable delivery of the website to the user's computer. For this purpose, the user's IP address must remain stored for the duration of the session.

The storage in log files is done to ensure the functionality of the website. In addition, we use the data to optimize the website and to ensure the security of our information technology systems. An evaluation of the data for marketing purposes does not take place in this context. Our legitimate interest in data processing also lies in these purposes. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. In the case of the collection of data for the provision of the website, this is the case when the respective session has ended. We further reserve the right to check the files if, based on concrete indications, there is a justified suspicion of illegal use or a concrete attack on the pages. Contact form and e-mail contact

Our website contains a contact form that can be used for electronic contact. If a user takes advantage of this option, the data entered in the input mask is transmitted to us and stored. These data are: Salutation, name, mail address, telephone number. At the time the message is sent, the following data is also stored: IP address, date and time.

Alternatively, it is possible to contact us via the e-mail address provided. In this case, the personal data of the user transmitted with the e-mail will be stored. In this context, the data will not be passed on to third parties. The data is used exclusively for processing the conversation.

The legal basis for the processing of data transmitted in the course of using the contact form or sending an e-mail is Art.6 para.1 lit. f DSGVO with the legitimate interest to enable you to contact us. If the contact via the contact form or the e-mail contact aims at the conclusion of a contract, the additional legal basis for the processing is Art.6 para.1 lit. b DSGVO.

The processing of personal data from the input mask serves us solely to process the contact. The other personal data processed during the sending process serve to prevent misuse of the contact form and to ensure the security of our information technology systems.

The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. For the personal data from the input mask of the contact form and those sent by e-mail, this is the case when the respective conversation with the user has ended. The conversation is ended when it is clear from the circumstances that the matter in question has been conclusively clarified. The additional personal data collected during the sending process will be deleted after a period of seven days at the latest.

The user has the option to revoke his consent to the processing of personal data at any time. If the user contacts us by e-mail, he can object to the storage of his personal data at any time. In such a case, the conversation cannot be continued.

Google Analytics

We use the web analytics service Google Analytics of Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google") on our website. The data processing serves the purpose of analyzing this website and its visitors. To this end, Google will use the information obtained on behalf of the operator of this website for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. Integration of Google Maps

Google Fonts

On our website we use Google Fonts. These are the "Google Fonts" of the company Google Inc. For the European area, the company Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street Dublin 4, Ireland) is responsible for all Google services.

You do not need to log in or enter a password to use Google Fonts. Furthermore, no cookies are stored in your browser. The files (CSS, fonts) are requested via the Google domains fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. According to Google, the requests for CSS and fonts are completely separate from all other Google services. What are Google Fonts?

Why do we use Google Fonts on our website?

Notice of your rights

You have the right,

• request confirmation from us as to whether personal data relating to you is being processed;
  if this is the case, you have a right to information about this personal data and to the information listed in detail in Art. 15 DSGVO.
• to demand the surrender of the data concerning you in the restrictions of Art. 20 DSGVO in a common electronic, machine-readable data format. This also includes the handover (as far as possible) to another controller directly designated by you.
• to request us to correct their data if it is incorrect, inaccurate and/or incomplete. Correction also includes completion through statements or notification.
• to demand from us that personal data concerning them be deleted without delay, provided that one of the reasons listed in detail in Art. 17 DSGVO applies. Unfortunately, we are not allowed to delete data that is subject to a statutory retention period. If you do not want us to collect data from you or contact you again, we will store your contact data on a blacklist.
• revoke any consent you have given with effect for the future without any disadvantage to you.
• to demand from us the restriction of processing if one of the conditions listed in Art. 18 DSGVO is met.
• object at any time to the processing of personal data relating to them on grounds relating to their particular situation.
