All experts. Experts in fulfillment, in service, in processes, in people. What else? More than 30 years of experience and the capacities of 10,000 square meters of storage and working space, more than 40 highly motivated employees and a maximally flexible IT infrastructure. But read for yourself.
We love details and yet we see the entire logistics chain. To supply your customers error-free we are perfectionists.
we are optimized for speed in all areas by optimizing interfaces. From the offer to the delivery of your goods to the customer, everything runs smoothly for you.
Extensive fulfillment expertise and the use of state-of-the-art technologies make us more reliable, efficient and productive, setting our own standards.
Our thinking is always directed forward and yet we also take the time to look at other perspectives. So we always find an optimal solution to achieve your goals.
We are service providers through and through. Meeting customer orders/needs and requirements is always our top priority.
We consider ourselves responsible for the result and quality of our work and live a zero-defect quality consciousness.
We look beyond the end of our nose and try to lead complex challenges to novel solutions. Our goal is not only to satisfy our customers, but to inspire them. This results in long-term customer relationships.
As a family business through and through, our employees are important to us. Some of them have been with us for 30 years and we encourage open exchange in flat hierarchies.
We are committed to conserving natural resources. For example, we generate the electricity for three of our halls ourselves. As a company, we see ourselves as an integral part of the society in which we operate and consider ourselves responsible for protecting the natural living conditions in our environment.
We would like to demonstrate here that sustainability and fulfillment are not mutually exclusive, using practical solutions that have already been implemented in our company. No theory, no, lived reality.
As a fulfillment company, we have recognized that the available resources must and can be used consciously and sparingly, and this without diminishing the quality of service for customers. Quite the opposite!
Photovoltaics have already made their way into widespread reality. There is hardly a roof that is not adorned by the shimmering black surfaces. While it used to be lucrative to feed the electricity generated into the public grid, this is no longer the case nowadays due to the EEG levy. The electricity generated is therefore used for the company's own consumption.
The problem with photovoltaics is that it only works when the sun is shining. With wind power, this is, as it is already called, the wind. On clear days, there is sometimes more electricity available than can be consumed.
Through an intelligent, i.e. smart technology, the combination of photovoltaics, battery storage and the Internet can achieve the optimum.
Too much generated electricity is stored in batteries, where it can be available for self-consumption at night or on cloudy days, for example. Since these batteries are connected to the Internet, a so-called "smart grid" is created. From sunny regions, the generated electricity is diverted and stored in the batteries, which may not be sufficiently supplied by the own photovoltaics. It is irrelevant whether the electricity was generated by companies or end consumers. The stored electricity can then be accessed and consumed by local consumers at special rates.
Furthermore, these intelligent storage systems can serve as an emergency power supply. It is possible to configure them in such a way that, for example, 20 percent battery storage must always be available. If the power fails, the batteries take over the basic supply until the public power grid is available again.
The systems are mature and stable. And at surprisingly reasonable prices. The energetic independence and the good feeling of working with your own generated, real green electricity is also reflected economically. The positive surprise awaits you in your next electricity bill. Such a system can pay for itself within a few years. Thus, the economic side is also "taken into account" in the truest sense of the word.
However, the main aspect of this discussion is sustainability. We can therefore put a check mark on the topic of electricity.
Electromobility is making its way into our everyday lives with a vengeance. New registrations of electric vehicles are already outstripping new registrations of diesel vehicles, helped not least by financing programs from the German government.
As a fulfillment service provider with six locations, we always have something to move between the individual warehouses. This is handled by an e-vehicle that can circulate between the individual locations in a climate-neutral manner. It is powered by green electricity that we generate ourselves.
To make plant traffic efficient, the entire range of electromobility is used, from bicycles to industrial trucks to electric vehicles. Countless industrial trucks move tons of loads every day purely electrically, always accompanied and guided by legions of mobile scan terminals, screens and scanners.
Mobility is thus heavily dependent on electricity. If this is generated, stored and consumed by the company itself - as described - an independent, green cycle is created without the use of fossil fuels - another big step toward sustainability.
Repackaging such as cartons and packaging materials are the DNA of a fulfillment service provider. All printed matter, advertising materials and products must reach the customer packaged. Starting at this point brings immediate effects on the topic of sustainability in fulfillment.
In principle, only recycled outer packaging should be used, and plastics of any kind should be completely avoided. We take the consistent step of not throwing away delivered cardboard boxes, but shredding them and reusing them as packaging material. With special cardboard shredding & packaging padding machines, incoming or old cardboard boxes become any cardboard filling material that is so urgently needed at the packing stations. A sustainable cycle and a real win-win situation - economically for the fulfillment service providers and ecologically for everyone. An investment that pays for itself in manageable periods of time and brings many benefits.
The obtained cushioning material from old cardboard boxes is very stable, very malleable, has a high cushioning effect and is very well suited for really all part geometries. Perfect for wrapping goods to eliminate the typical floating or diving of products in the carton, as known from bubble cushions or packaging chips.
Our large storage areas all want to be illuminated and heated. The consistent use of LED lighting coupled with an intelligent lighting concept makes it possible to illuminate only those areas where work is currently being done. Arbitrary switch-on and switch-off sequences can be implemented with LED technology without any problems.
The use of modern LED lighting is also directly supported by the federal government in the form of the BAFA energy efficiency subsidy.
External service providers carry out energy efficiency consulting, and the resulting energy efficiency concept can serve as a roadmap for implementing the individual measures. All physical aspects of the building are taken into account, as well as the supposedly mundane. For example, standby devices that switch off automatically play a small role in energy efficiency, but one that should not be underestimated.
As of today, our halls are heated with gas. We are currently examining whether it is possible to implement heat pumps in order to further improve the CO2 balance.
More and more CEP service providers are offering the option of CO2-neutral shipping. All of these programs serve to ensure that CO2 emissions that arise are reduced and the carbon dioxide quantities that arise are offset by supporting certified environmental projects.
Of course, it would be even more sustainable if such emissions were not produced in the first place. Until this is achieved, however, such compensation concepts are an effective means of achieving absolutely sustainable fulfillment.
Sustainability and fulfillment go hand in hand. Given the will, a lot can be developed in the direction of sustainability with simple measures. As with many other aspects, the Pareto principle applies here, according to which 80% of the results are achieved with 20% of the total effort. The remaining 20% of the results require the most work with 80% of the total effort, and the topic will continue to challenge us accordingly.
The important thing is that we have embarked on the path of sustainability and continue to tread this path. The power of innovation and the courage to go beyond familiar boundaries are the pillars that ensure that sustainability and fulfillment are not contradictions.
What's next? Quite simply - on both a small and a large scale. This starts with replacing old refrigerators for employees and continues with the complete expansion of photovoltaic space on all available roof surfaces. New technologies, changed processes, new materials are always opening up a new, wide field to improve our sustainability.

For us and Deutsche Post DHL, climate protection is both a social responsibility and a business challenge. Sending letters generates CO2 emissions. With GoGreen, you can offset these emissions. Offsetting takes place via internationally recognized climate protection projects
You, too, can save emissions.
As part of GOGREEN, the CO2 emissions generated when sending letters are determined and balanced according to international standards. Through our certification as a GOGREEN partner, we also offer our customers the opportunity to offset the CO2 emissions of their shipments and thus make an effective contribution to climate protection.
The measurement system: independent, certified and controlled.
A measurement system is used to record the CO2 emissions generated by a shipment from the time it is received, through transport, to the time it is delivered. The Group's own carbon management system neutralizes the resulting emissions in accordance with the principles of the Kyoto Protocol. The offsetting of CO2 emissions is certified by the independent company Société Générale de Surveillance (SGS) in accordance with the principles of ISO 14064.
