For this purpose, a complex WebShop was developed by our IT, which maps the diverse requirements of Dentsply Sirona and makes the articles easy to order for the office and field staff. Using stored image data and PDFs, employees can get an impression of the article to be ordered and then initiate the order. If the order is received by 2 p.m., the articles are delivered on the same day.

Result Very fast supply of Dentsply-Sirona customers with the required material. Thanks to the optimized WebShop, the field service can order the discussed materials directly after a customer appointment in the car and, in the ideal case, the customer receives the articles the next day.
