At your request, we will not only check incoming goods, but also take care of order picking right through to shipping. Our focus is on maximum efficiency and orderliness. We guarantee optimal processes by storing our pallets according to turnover speed and managing standardized cartons according to precisely regulated specifications. In doing so, we use the most efficient methods - for example, goods lists are optimally output to a tablet and our employees are guided by a shelf guidance system. As soon as all items have been picked directly from the warehouse by our specialists using a tablet and scanner and placed in the shipping package, the package is closed and transferred directly to shipping, resulting in a significant speed advantage.

This approach saves work steps and thus your time. This even goes so far that we can guarantee same-day delivery after order at your request.

Some versatile examples of our active end customer support:

Südzucker: We take over the complete consumer communication via Amazon -Seller -Central. Customers order bee feed from Südzucker via Amazon. All communication with customers about shipment progress, processing status, up to the reversal of transactions if not satisfied. Our employees act as part of the Südzucker sales team.

Profine Group: the Profine Group with the brands Kömmerling, Trocal and KBE is a manufacturer of plastic window profiles. Our key account is trained in special training courses on part of Profine both on the products and the available leaflets and profile samples. Via a specially set up hotline, customers of Profine (of the three brands) call us and are competently advised on their requirements and appropriate documents are individually compiled and sent to them.

An international tire manufacturer (via advertising agency Schaller & Partner):The agricultural tire division of a large tire manufacturer plans parallel sales campaigns in Germany, Austria and Switzerland for its brands in spring and fall. The company offers cash back premiums on the purchase of its tires. The first part of the task was to check and evaluate the application forms. Via a specially switched hotline, but also by email and mail, we took over the communication with the farmers and ensured a smooth process up to the payment of the tire premiums to the farmers.

ProSecurTec: The product highlight is the LOCKSTAR® window security handle combining as the only window handle the advantages of a handle lock with those of an alarm function. A switched order hotline advises customers about the products, takes orders and ensures prompt delivery to customers.

Optimal prices guaranteed

Purchasing for us means that at your request we will take over the purchasing process in its full scope.

This includes printing, finishing, repackaging, and the selection of a suitable freight forwarder or CEP service provider. Here we use our entire fulfillment shipping volume for optimized prices along the value chain.

This can even include the scheduling of printed materials and advertising materials. We are happy to consider your preferred suppliers, such as printers, obtain quotations, compare them, place the order, check the goods receipt, enter this into your SAP system and thereby release payment.

Promotions can provide a very high incentive to attract new customers.

We take care of the complete processing of premium payouts after checking the applications according to the plausibility criteria defined together with you, which also includes requesting missing information and answering customer questions. In this process, we also record bank details, request the payout amounts from the manufacturer and pay them out to the end customer.

Together with you, we are happy to extend such actions on the flow to make them attractive in the long term.
